We would like to commend the following We Compost partner businesses for participating in a commercial compost program and being a leader in moving us towards a more sustainable world. Please show these businesses your support!
Gold Level Partner
Gold Level Partner businesses demonstrate the highest level of commitment to food scrap diversion by composting both pre-consumer and post-consumer food scrap. These businesses compost all kitchen trimmings during food preparation AND compost leftover plate scraps after a dish is served to customers. These businesses may additionally endeavor to analyze supply vs. waste and modify procedures to reduce food waste by ordering less or differently.
Businesses that do not generate pre consumer food scraps are able to achieve Gold level status if they compost all food scraps on their premises and promote food waste reduction, food scrap diversion and composting to all staff members.
