Speaker Spotlight: Monday May 6, Noon
The City of Chicago, IFSCC Organization Member, will provide an overview of their new Food Scrap Drop-Off Program, which allows Chicago residents to drop off their household food scraps at one of 17 locations across the city. IFSCC Gold Sustaining Member, Whole Earth Compost, will explain how they compost the food waste from the city’s program, helping Chicago meet its climate action goals and build healthy soil.
